    Stopped 3 times for an oil change. The first time I asked if they cam match a price from a Chevrolet dealer in Schaumburg. I showed up the picture in my phone. They asked for a print coupon. Came back next day and the computers were down. Finally the third time I was able to wait for an oil change. Since the dealer chance ownership the service and courtesy of the people working here went from 10 to zero.

    Great team of people. I appreciate the initiative to actually be helpful. I like that I was introduced to the tech person that is now my go to guy. Mark was able to take his time to get it right the first time. Dave was upbeat, personable & high level service oriented. Thank you! With that, my ONLY issue was the tv in the waiting area. Maybe consider more general viewing shows. I think I lost brain cells. Law & Order SVU one day & MTV Ridiculousness another day, was a lot for several hours at a time. Thank goodness for my phone & earbuds.

    I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and 7500 mile service. The service was great and the staff were polite. However upon receiving my vehicle I saw that there were several scuffs upon my quarter panel where it meets the hood; where a mechanic would normally lay his tool belt or tool shamoi. I normally wouldn’t mind as I understand we’re all human and cars are cars right. However I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and I’ve always felt that the service was far above what was expected. In addition to that I’ve never taken it anywhere else for service but Chevy dealerships as I feel that they take pride in servicing vehicles that have the heartbeat of America. To my dismay I received my vehicle with so many scuffs on the quarter panel i can’t help but feel that the technician should have noticed. This is a 2020 camaro that just got a paint job. I would love to come in so you can take a look at the unfortunate damage that some careless technicians did to my brand new car that I’ve trusted to no one but Chevy technicians and proof of the paint job and insurance claims to support my claims of a brand new paint job. I just can’t imagine if they’re careless with my camaro how will they be when a ZL1 or a c8 rolls around. Yikes.
