    • What Happened Land Rover?

      After owning two other Range Rover Sports (2015/2015) I was so excited to get my 2018. What a disaster. Within the first two weeks it was in the shop for 18 days to have the full infotainment system replaced. Got it back, same issues persist. Not having radio, cameras, parking sensors, and screens that randomly go blank is horrible. The dealership, couldnt care less. Land Rover North America, well their fix was a 250 credit to be used for accessories for the vehicle. They didnt try to get involved at all. Now the back right tire rubs the body on turns, there is a squealing noise randomly from under the vehicle. She is getting traded in this weekend. Enough is enough.

      Owned a 2014 RRS Supercharged. Great car - but had some aging electronics. Thought I was upgrading with the 2018 RR Sport Supercharge.....worst experience of my life. The InControl entertainment system simply doesnt work. The rear tailgate doesnt work automatically, the battery light continues to come on if we havent used the car overnight. Im sure all of this is fixable but the WORST aspect of the experience has been the service. Literally the worst service at every level of the company. No one wants to take ownership. Buyer - beware.....

      I have been following Range Rover models very closely for a while and finally jumped the fence to buy 2016 RR Sport HSE with all the required bells/whistles . I am very impressed with the car and its driving capabilities during its first 1000 miles . Car is rock solid and i look forward to more off road experiences . It surely demands respect when you are on the road . Pros : Like everything on the car so far Cons : - Got low coolant warning right after i drove from the dealership ( which i don't expect to happen on a $90K car ) . Fortunately , Land Rover North Scottsdale service personnel handled with great care and addressed it quickly . Thumbs up to them . - Miss the water bottle holders on the driver /passenger side doors - No SMS receive /send capability via Bluetooth
